To complete account creation, you need to provide your mobile phone number. During registration, providing the following additional information will help us provide you with better service and experience: name, gender, date of birth, email, city, province, sports interests, music interests. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of this service. 2. Business Function 2: Product Display, Personalized Recommendations, Sending Promotional Marketing Information. To subscribe to our newsletter, you need to provide the following information: your email address, so that we can provide you with regular email updates about Monster Guardians services and products. Once you are interested in our newsletter, you can first submit a newsletter request. Thereafter, you will receive an email containing a link to click to complete the registration for confirmation. Information Types: The information we send you is personalized and tailored to your personal preferences and interests (as described above). Direct marketing information may include advertising information related to our products and services, events, or promotions, as well as Monster Guardians news. We may also use various channels for research to understand your experience with Monster Guardians. 3. Business Function 3: Communication with Customer Service. To facilitate communication with our customer service, you need to provide the following information: mobile phone number, email address, name, gender, date of birth, province, city, consignee name, consignee mobile phone, detailed shipping address, postal code. To process your request and strive to provide the best service, we may save your communication/call records and content or the contact information you leave so that we can contact you or help you solve the problem. During communication with our customer service, providing the following additional information will help us provide you with better service and experience: sports interests, music interests, clothing preferences, body size. Business Function 4: Placing Orders & Payment Settlement, Processing and Fulfilling Orders (Delivery). To complete ordering and payment in our online store, you need to provide the following information: consignee name, contact phone number, mailing address, postal code, payment details. We will use the following information: your name, phone number, shipping address, and payment details to process and fulfill your order, and to inform you of the order status. We may also use the above information to assess your creditworthiness. Please note that to deliver the products you ordered, Monster Guardians will provide the courier company responsible for delivering your order with your personal information necessary for delivery, including consignee name, consignee contact information, detailed shipping address, and cash-on-delivery amount (if any). Furthermore, for payment operations, Monster Guardians may provide your payment details to credit agencies or payment service providers responsible for processing your payment depending on the payment method, including UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay (“Third-Party Payment Institutions”). Your payment data will be directly collected and processed by the payment service provider; Monster Guardians will not collect your personal information within third-party payment institutions. (2) Providing MSGD+ Membership Services 1. Business Function 1: Account Registration. Registering an account on the Monster Guardians official website adidas.com automatically makes you an MSGD+ member. The information you need to provide is detailed in Section 1.(1).1 of this notice. Creating an MSGD+ membership account through other channels requires you to provide the following information: mobile phone number, email address, name, gender, date of birth, province, city. During registration, providing the following additional information will help us provide you with better service and experience: personal preferences. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of this service. 2. Business Function 2: Accumulating Membership Points, Redeeming Membership Points. To accumulate and redeem MSGD+ membership points, you need to provide the following information: mobile phone number or WeChat membership card barcode. Please note that in specific circumstances (e.g., if you apply to register as an MSGD+ member or enjoy member services through authorized dealers or other third-party operated stores or websites), Monster Guardians authorized dealers or other third parties will share all personal information and other information related to you that they collect with us. (3) Registering for and Participating in Contests, Promotions, or Events To complete registration and participation in contests, promotions, or events organized by us, you need to provide the following information: your name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, province, city. During registration and participation, providing the following additional information will help us provide you with better service and experience: personal preferences, clothing size, guardian information (if applicable). However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of this service. (4) Providing Various Applications We provide various applications that allow you to upload and/or store relevant information. Depending on the application, such information may include sports data and body measurements, such as: weight, height, heart rate, and location information. Such sensitive information will only be used for the functionality of the application. If we intend to use such information for other purposes, we will inform you and obtain your explicit consent. (5) Conducting Data Analysis and Research to Improve Our Services To conduct data analysis and research and improve the services we provide to you, when you interact with our brands, websites, and applications, we may collect relevant information, as well as how you use those brands, websites, and applications. Such information includes: 1. Websites: We may collect information about the web pages you browse and how you use the websites. Each time you browse our website, data is sent from your browser to our server. This information helps optimize our services and enhance your personalized experience on our websites and applications. This information specifically includes: Your IP address Date and time of visit Referrer URL (i.e., the URL from which the visitor came to our website) Pages visited and related actions taken on our website Device and browser-related information (browser type and version, operating system, etc.). 2. Location Information: When you use our applications or search for our store information through our websites or applications, we collect and process information related to your actual location, such as GPS signals sent by your mobile device. We also use various technologies for positioning, such as sensor data emitted by your device which can provide information like nearby Wi-Fi access points, Near Field Communication (NFC), and cell towers. Please note that generally, you can disable the location sending function by changing your device or browser settings. Additionally, when we use location information, we will inform you. 3. Anonymous Use of Our Website: You can browse our website anonymously without disclosing personal data. In this case, the information we collect is anonymous and not directly associated with you personally. Anonymous information includes (for example) the number of visitors to our website or browsing habits. We collect and analyze this information to enhance understanding of consumer interests and needs so that we can continuously improve our service levels. To remain anonymous, you can disable Cookies as described below. This way, your personal information will not be collected unless you choose to provide it to us, for example, by using our online store. 4. Using Monster Guardians WeChat Official Account: When you use the Monster Guardians WeChat Official Account, we may collect your openID, UnionID, date and time of visit, referrer URL, pages visited and related actions taken on the Monster Guardians WeChat Official Account, device and WeChat-related information (WeChat version, operating system, etc.). Please note that you may shop at Monster Guardians authorized dealer-operated physical stores, or use authorized Monster Guardians websites, applications, and services operated by Monster Guardians authorized dealers or other third parties. Your use of such dealer or third-party websites, applications, or services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy statements, which you should request and read carefully. (6) Other Purposes When we wish to use information for other purposes not specified in this notice, we will seek your consent in advance. When we wish to use information collected for a specific purpose for another purpose, we will seek your consent in advance. (7) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent In the following circumstances, collecting your personal information does not require your authorization and consent: 1. Such information is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individual consumers. 4. Sharing with service providers: Solely for the purposes stated in this notice, we engage various service providers to process data on our behalf. We may share certain of your personal information with service providers to provide better customer service and user experience. For example, when you purchase our products online, we must share your personal information with logistics service providers to arrange delivery, or arrange for service providers to provide services. If you are unable to access the personal information we hold about you through our website, you can always contact our customer service using the methods below and request access to such information (excluding password information). Please note specifically that upon receiving your access request, we will verify your identity (see Section “5.(7)” of this notice) and, upon successful verification, provide you with an overview of the information we hold about you. (2) Correcting Your Personal Information When you discover errors in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request us to make corrections. You can make a correction request through the methods listed in “(1) Accessing Your Personal Information”. If you are unable to correct this personal information through our website, you can always contact our customer service using the methods below and request correction of such information (excluding password information). Please note specifically that upon receiving your correction request, we will verify your identity (see Section “5.(7)” of this notice) and, upon successful verification, assist you in completing the correction of your personal information. (3) Deleting Your Personal Information Under the following circumstances, you can request us to delete personal information: 1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations; 2. If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your consent; 3. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you; 4. If you no longer use our services, or you cancel your account; 5. If we no longer provide services to you. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also simultaneously notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. Please note that after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but will delete it when the backup is updated. (4) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see “Part 1” of this notice). For the collection and use of additionally collected personal information, you can give or withdraw your authorization and consent by using the settings on the Monster Guardians official website or by contacting our customer service. (5) Account Deactivation by the Personal Information Subject You can deactivate your previously registered account at any time. After deactivating the account, we will stop providing services to you and, upon your request, delete your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. (6) Restricting Automated Decision-Making in Information Systems In some business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate remedies. (7) Responding to Your Above Requests To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. Directly related to public security, public health, and significant public interests; 3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.; 4. There is sufficient evidence indicating your subjective malice or abuse of rights; 5. Responding to your request will seriously harm the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations. 6. Involving trade secrets. 6. How We Handle the Personal Information of Minors Minors may not create their own Monster Guardians account without the consent of a parent or guardian.
